This page describes how Link AI uses Google user data obtained through Google Workspace APIs, and affirms our Limited Use compliance.

Limited Use compliance statement
Required disclosure for apps that use Google Workspace APIs with AI-powered features.
The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What Google data we access
Access is granted only after you connect the relevant Google account in Link AI, and you can disconnect at any time.
Gmail
With your authorization, Link AI uses the Gmail API to send email on behalf of your connected account for features you enable (for example, agent outreach or notifications). Our production Gmail integration requests send-only access.
Google Calendar
With your authorization, Link AI uses the Google Calendar API to list calendars you can write to and to create, update, or read events needed for appointment booking and availability features you enable.
Our commitments
These restrictions apply to Google user data obtained through Google APIs.
- Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features of Link AI that you configure.
- Google user data is not sold.
- Google user data is not used for serving advertisements.
- Google user data is not used for creditworthiness determinations.
- Google user data (raw, aggregated, or derived) is not used to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized AI/ML models.
- Google user data is not transferred to third-party AI providers for those providers to train their models.
- Human reading of Google user data is limited to security investigations, abuse prevention, or support cases you request, under access controls.
AI providers
Link AI may use third-party AI APIs to power optional agent features. When Google user data is involved, it is processed only to deliver the feature you requested.
OpenAI (API)
Paid / business API tiers for language model inference. We use contractual terms under which API customer content is not used to train OpenAI foundational models.
Google Gemini (API)
Paid Gemini / Google AI API tiers for language model inference. We use contractual terms under which API customer content is not used to train Google foundational models.
